Botsing has been developed by the Delft University of Technology, start in 2018, as part of their activity in the STAMP project.

Botsing implements and extends the EvoCrash approach and relies on EvoSuite for Java code instrumentation during test generation and execution. It has been mainly developed by Pouria Derakhshanfar during his Ph.D., but has received many contributions:
